I’m a leader, instructor, coach and athlete. I do everything with passion and heart and I thrive on empowering and bringing the best out of people. I believe that wellness starts from within. I care deeply about human well being. I live and teach with the code of honor, respect, integrity and loyalty. I love LIFE. I believe in self-expression, self-love and self-responsibility. I know for sure that LIFE is what you make it. I believe each of us has a gift within that needs to be brought out and allow ourselves to be magnificent. We don’t do that enough.
