Eric Ah-Yuen Winning Gold Medal at the European/Intercontinental Championship

  The Ultimate board breaking category was the Long Jump Kick, here contestants worked up the distance they had to jump and still break the boards.  Two nations dominated this event, Norway and Canada, until Eric Ah-Yuen from Canada covered a phenomenal meters to claim his Gold Medal.

Local Tae Kwon Do Instructor Wins Gold at Nationals

Despite a two year absence the competitions, Eric Ah-Yuen won gold at the Canadian National Tae Kwon Do Championships in Aylmer, QC.  He will represent Canada in Various international competitions this year as well as World Championship next Summer.

Eric Ah-Yuen is on top of the world! The 30-year old fifth degree black belt and coach of the Canadian National Tae Kwon Do Team returned from the World Tae Kwon Do Championships with a world championship gold medal draped around his neck.

Five Katimavik Men Come Home Champs
