At the age of 20, after graduating from the University of Ottawa, I decided to open up Winning Circle Martial Arts & Fitness Center. The business has been established since 1993 and still operates today. My goal was to create a top notch training center for athletes and serious martial artists but also have family fitness programs and martial arts for all ages from children to adults. It was a great way for me to pass along and share my knowledge and experience with my students and family in the community. My mission was to help people be their best through fitness, martial arts and education. Today, Winning Circle still plays a major role in the Community and the business still thrives due to our most sincere dedicated loyal clientele and most amazing staff. None of this could be possible without some of the most amazing people who have contributed to Winning Circle over the years.

IGOLFSTRONG INC.
After several years of working with PGA Golfers since 2009, IGolf Strong Inc. was officially opened in 2013. We provide a program for golf-athletes of all ages and abilities to optimize their game by increasing performance and reducing the risk for injury. Over the past few years, Team IGolfStrong has consisted of the top professional players from multiple tours such as the PGA, LPGA, EUROPEAN and WEB.com Tour to some of the highest ranked amateur and collegiate players in the country. We strive to help all golfers feel and play better and develop them into better athletes to unleash their potential.
